1 General Terms and Conditions

KYC verification typically requires a national ID, passport, or driving licence. Without completing this process, large withdrawals may not be processed.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Mu9 accepts multiple payment methods including mobile banking, bank transfer, and e-wallets. All transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important withdrawal rules:

• Withdrawals are generally processed using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).

4 Bonuses & Promotions

• A specified wagering amount must be completed to convert bonus funds into cash (typically 5x to 30x).
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses that reach their expiry date will be cancelled automatically.
• Mu9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be terminated.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on mu9 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predetermined by mu9 or any game provider.

If a technical error occurs during gameplay, mu9 reserves the right to void or restart that round. Incorrect results caused by a technical fault will not be considered valid.

6 Prohibited Activities

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mu9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

Mu9 is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Please contact the mu9 support team first.
• Submit a written complaint with full details and supporting evidence.
• Mu9 will respond within 7 business days.
• If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be escalated to the licensing authority.
